Mark Power
Mark is a passionate Certified Financial Planner having spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry assisting individuals, families, retirees, corporate executives and business owners with their respective financial strategies.
Having completed bachelor and post graduate study at the University of Newcastle, Mark has previously worked in management and advisory roles with Dixon Advisory, Bendigo Bank and PDD Wealth Management.
With a focus on retirement planning, superannuation, investment and wealth protection strategies, he strongly believes in customising advice to optimise financial outcomes for his clients.
In line with Mark’s own ethics and philosophy, Evolution Road Wealth Management places significant emphasis on building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships, with a view to providing financial security to all generations. He believes through education, the firm can nurture its vision to ensure more consumers and businesses proactively choose to access professional financial services in the future.
Reece Dein
Reece is a Chartered Accountant with several years experience in small business, self managed superannuation and individual taxation. He boasts a diversified portfolio of clients in the medical, hospitality, retail, automotive and professional service sectors.
Having studied previously at the University of Newcastle, Reece has since worked with PDD Advisory Group, Fortunity and Purkiss Cullen where he managed significant client bases.
As an owner of Evolution Road, Reece brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to its client base, providing holistic tax management services and customised business advisory skills. His focus on cloud based systems is designed to make life simpler for his clients. His prowess in this field is supported by the firm’s Xero gold partner certification.
Bryce Dein
Bryce grew up on the Mid North Coast and spent the first few years of his work & study life on the Central Coast, before returning to Port Macquarie.
Bryce has been a part of the Evolution Road team since 2021, and was promoted to Director in 2022 . Upon graduating from Newcastle University in 2013, Bryce went on to complete his CA in 2015 whilst working in roles with BDO, Bishop Collins and Pdd Advisory Group.
With approximately 11 years experience dealing with accounting and tax matters, Bryce is determined and driven to provide accounting services that go beyond compliance to ensure his clients goals & expectations are met through leveraging technology to streamline operations, and connecting on a human level.
Away from work Bryce is an outdoors, family guy and loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful boys, with a keen interest in the local car scene.
